Cash on Delivery (CoD) Policy

We are pleased to offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (CoD) for our customers across India, applicable on all garments at Jestour. This is subject to change at the discretion of Jestour.

Please read the following terms and conditions to understand our CoD policy:

• Order Limit: Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹4500.
• Serviceable Areas: CoD is available in most areas across India. However, certain remote locations may not be eligible for CoD service. Availability will be confirmed at checkout based on the delivery pincode provided.
• Payment Requirement: The product bag will not be opened without receiving payment for the item(s).
• Tampered Packages: Please do not accept the product bag if it is open or appears to be tampered with.
• Order Limit: Cash on Delivery (CoD) is available for purchases up to ₹4500. For orders exceeding this amount, please use other payment methods.
• CoD Shipping Charges: A non-refundable fee of ₹250 will be applied to all CoD orders below ₹4500.
