Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange that may not have fit your desired expectations. Our exchange process is designed to be simple and efficient to ensure your satisfaction.
Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate an Exchange
Raise an exchange request from your account within 7 days of the delivery of the product, or email us at contactjestour@gmail.com . We will facilitate the pickup for you.
Step 2: Prepare the Package
Pack the product back in its original packaging. Ensure that all tags and labels are intact.
Attach the provided shipping label to the package. Note that the courier charges for returning the item will be borne by the customer.
Step 4: Quality Check
Once we receive your returned product, our team will assess its condition. The inspection process typically takes 1-2 business days.
Step 5: Dispatch of Desired Product
If the product meets our exchange conditions, we will dispatch your desired product. You will receive a tracking number once the new product is shipped.
Step 6: Store Credit Option
If you are still not satisfied after the exchange, you can shop for something else using a store credit issued for the amount of your purchase. The store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Exchange Timeline
The exchange process typically takes 15 working days to complete, due to the involvement of a third-party courier.
After receiving the garment, our team will inspect it within 2 working days. If all conditions for replacements are met, we will dispatch your desired product and notify you via email.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure the following:
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
- The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. You can try it on to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smell does not transfer to the product (e.g., natural body odor, body deodorant, perfume, etc.).
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Garments on sale are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange for Different Products
Yes, you can exchange for a different product. If the new product is of higher value, the additional amount must be paid by the customer. If the new product is of lower value, the excess amount will be given as store credit. No refunds will be given in the form of cash or bank transfer.
